Early Work

Weinstein Summer House

This design happened on the bench saw: the model was the design; only one drawing – the dimensioned plan - was needed. The rest was sculpture in progress. Breathtaking site . . lodge pole spruce set the vertical motif. The two outer pavilions were the bedrooms, the center pavilion the family meeting ground. Decks bind the pavilions together . . dramatic “gangway” deck entry.
