A redevelopment of an existing 12 over 12 cape, with a contemporary take on stacked shed dormers. A new farmer's porch with square tapered Bungalow style columns sets the image. With geothermal heating/cooling, radiant floors, a truly green house. Led lighting was used for all downlighting; the payback will be less than three years.
